I saw this Aiko Zee Short Sleeve Top on ShopBop.com and I fell in love. I generally am not a fan of the bleach on clothing look. I remember a few years ago there were these hideous bright coloured sweatsuits that had been drizzled in bleach. There was just something really tacky and very unfashionable about them. However, I love this shirt. I think it is because the colous are neutral so the bleach is not so shocking. I also love the shorter length of the shirt and the wide sleeves. This is definitely for casual wear. I would pair it with jeans and flip flops or a pair of sweat pants for those days when I don't get off the couch.

Not sure how I feel about the late 80's/early 90's influence, but could definitely be cute when styled the right way!

That's beautiful! I looove the sleeves and the length. I might wear it with a skirt, too.
ReplyDeleteI wish it was in more contrasting colors... navy+cobalt blue would be amazing.
ReplyDeleteactually really like it..i like the colours, keeps it modern and simple.
ReplyDeleteI like the rolled sleeve, but i dont think i like the bleach-stained look. I do like the muted neutral colors (that was called a compliment sandwich - a positive, a negative, and another positive!)
