You know when you see a dress and you fall in love. You tell yourself that you MUST have the dress, but the practical side of you wonders where you will wear it. Sometimes I buy things even though I have no idea where I will wear it. Thankfully my bank account can't handle even the smallest purchase at the moment and I am far too fearful of being in credit card debt until I'm 40. Thanks to two years working in South Korea to pay off student loans and my credit card I know the value of a dollar and I am much to savvy to dig myself into the hole again. That doesn't mean I can't "window shop" or because I now live in South America "browser shop". I saw this dress by Twinkle by Wenlan and I fell in love. I think the print and use of colour is perfect. It is the perfect summer dress for a wedding, cocktail party, and a red carpet appearance....(joking)
