Aldo Hefter Ankle Boot

Shearling is definitely a big trend this season. I think shearling booties look fantastic on others but I am not entirely sure if they would look good on me. I definitely need to try them on so I can make up my mind. These look like they would be comfortable thanks to a thicker heel and they don't seem to be too high. I think they would look great worn with jeggings and and cozy sweaters.

What do you think?

You can buy it through AldoShoes.com for $130

I don't think I could pull these off, but I like the idea of combining the shearling trend with an ankle boot.

I love Aldo!!! And I love shearling boots!!! I agree I like them because of the thicker heel. I have always been a fan for platform heels and wedges, stiletto heels in the city don't work out for me too well lol

Wow, I like the heel and the style! Nice touch with just a bit of shearling. Great pick (as always :))

I think the shearling on that pair is just subtle enough! I would try them!

I think that would be nice with some skinny jeans and cold weather too. I love the fur!

Yes! Keep the great boot posts coming! I approve!!!! And I'm also iffy about shearling. Mind you, I have no cause to wear them, but I'm still skeptical about them too. It's a hit or miss isn't it? Hmm.

I've been dying for a pair ever since burberry walked down the runway last spring. Since I most likely won't be investing in a pair of burberry's this year, this is a fabulous alternative :)

I like the treads on the bottom and the shearling!

Cute! I have a pair similar to this but I'm confused on how to wear them atm. I do think leggings/jeggins would be a great choice...I guess I just need to get on the cozy sweater part!

Kate said...

I really love these, though I feel like I wouldn't get enough wear out of a high heeled shearling boot... I'm more likely to wear flat or wedge boots day to day (with jeggings and a sweater, like you say... more casual wear) and if I was dressed up or going out, I feel like I wouldn't want shearling on my boots with a little dress! Haha, so the verdict is out for me, but only in terms of me buying them myself - because I LOVE them, and I think I'd have major boot envy if I saw them on someone else.

I'm with you on this debate-love it on others but not sure if it'll suit me. But this boot looks cozy
