The name of this sweater is perfect. This is exactly what I want to wear on cold, rainy days. Days like today. This sweater looks super comfy and it is rather simple. You could wear it with sweatpants on days when you don't want to leave the house. The beading detail gives it just enough interest to not be too boring. I would wear this when I want to be super casual but I have to leave the house. I'd wear it with jeans and a big scarf.
