Me To We Style's Jessi Cruishank Africa Tee

Many of you may know Jessi Cruishank from MTV's The Aftershow. She is also an ambassador for Free the Children and recently took a trip to Kenya, where she stayed with a Maasai family. Jessi designed this t-shirt using inspiration from her trip and traditional Maasai beadwork. The t-shirt is eco-friendly and sweat shop free and the proceeds from the t-shirt will go right back to Kenya to help other Maasai families generate sustainable income. From a fashion stand point I think this t-shirt is a great piece to add to your summer wardrobes. It is bright and colourful and the beading at the neckline is definitely unique. I also think that an asymmetrical neckline is flattering on a lot of people. Fashion for a cause, I love it!

What do you think?

You can buy it through MeToWeStyle.com for $44.50

love that shirt! very summery. Even though the proceeds go to a good cause and that's reason enough to get it, I bet someone could DIY it!

I love it. The beading at the neckline alone makes it a fabulous investment (story is a complete value add!!). Thanks for sharing.

Nice! I was expecting it to be totally generic (pictures load SO slow on my computer), but I really like it. And I like fashion for a cause, too.
