Asos Shirred Waist Frill Detail Dress

The other day my friend Lauren tweeted me asking what she should wear to a work party. Her ideal dress would be long sleeved and could be worn with leggings. I went to work browsing my favourite sites and I found this dress from Asos.com. Add leggings and the booties from yesterdays post and I think it is the perfect look.

    I really love that dress! Leggings might be a bit heavy for it though - what about opaque tights in a slightly different shade than the dress to offset it a bit?

    I'll take the grey one, please. Good job finding it! It always seems like it's difficult finding dresses with sleeves...I don't know why. All the ones I like usually are sleeveless or strapless!
