I bought this polish last week while I was in Toronto. I had wanted to buy OPI's I Lilly Love You but the somewhat ridiculous price tag of $11 stopped me. Then I saw this and decided it would satisfy my need for a sparkly polish. I used Bourjois Rose Lounge 28 as a base colour. The same one Kate wore on her wedding day (don't you love how I managed to insert a Kate reference in this post?). The Bourjois is actually a really excellent polish that didn't streak at all which I have come to expect from all pale colours. Now that I have Essie's Allure and Bourjois Rose Lounge in my possession expect a Kate wedding day manicure ASAP (are you shocked?).
