Adriana Castro is a Colombian designer based out of Miami and I always manage to fall in love with something when I am browsing her website. I'm half Colombian and when I started blogging I was living in Bogota. Thanks to my heritage I always like to see a Colombian making waves in the fashion world. A carriel is a traditional satchel worn by men and is typical of Antioquia, the region of Colombia that my mom is from. I love this fun and modern take on the traditional bag. I usually gravitate towards bright colours but I think the brown python is my favourite!
