Prince Charles and Camilla were in Toronto last week on an official visit and I decided to see if I could spot them. Prince Charles was visiting the Yonge Street Mission and I made it there just in time to see him exit and get on a city bus. The Prince of Wales on a bus? Yup, that actually happened.

 Considering my interest in all things royal I was pretty excited. I didn't have the best view but it was a fun afternoon anyway.

I spend a lot of time browsing online shops and I love Apothica because they sell a wide range of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. Since I had some store credit I decided to do a little shopping...

I first tested Divina after I was given a sample while wandering through Holt Renfrew. I didn't expect to love it but I did. When I saw that it was available on Apothica I added it to my shopping cart immediately.

I read an article that said Kate Middleton wore Bobbi Brown's Sandwash pink lipstick on her wedding day so obviously my normal reaction was to a) want it and b) buy it.

Shopping Tales: Modalu London Pippa Bag

I woke one morning to see an email from Pippa Middleton in my inbox. True story. 

And thanks to Pippa Middleton and the paparazzi hounding her I found a bag I wanted that wasn't ridiculously priced and I figured I would reward myself for all my hard work this school year. I managed to get a 4.0 GPA two semesters in a row and even received an academic achievement award. Go me!
